1. 30-Day Return Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Perishable goods, including fresh foods and items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at ppcustom@proton.me or call 248-247-8105 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Order Cancellations

Pantry-Pros.com reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If your order is canceled, you will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation, but you may still initiate a return once you receive the item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
